We own a rental property and live out of state so knowing PM Contractors is looking after our interest has been a blessing. We had a roof leakage due to a previously poor roofing repair job. PM Contractors took care of it ASAP before any more damage could be done. We also recently had the outside of the rental house painted after PM Contractors had done a preventative walk through of the rental property and suggested this be done before bigger problems occurred. The pictures they took were great and showed the painting was needed. At our request PM Contractors even obtained 2-3 different bids, then we choose who we wanted to do the work and they managed the entire job.The painting was done in a timely manner and the work was superb.
