How long does it take to get a report?

Turn-around time depends on our current work load, but in most cases we can get something back to you in just a few days!

What is my investment for a report?

This depends on the location, size, and type of property. Generally our prices run about 1/2 of a traditional full structural inspection recommended when purchasing a new property by banks and real-estate agents.  We offer free quotes over the phone, so just call us, and tell us about your property(s), and we’ll be glad to get started right away.

Do you offer annual agreements or discounts?

Yes we do. Just give us a call and we’ll determine your rate based on your needs, and payment terms desired.
